Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the gpower2015.it website. This site uses cookies to improve user experience. By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy. If you do not accept the use of cookies, please disable them by following the instructions below. **What are cookies?** Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to improve user experience, and to provide information to site owners.

As part of providing our Services, we collect or receive your personal data in various ways. Often you choose which information to provide, but sometimes we need certain data to allow you to use the Services and for us to provide them.

If you choose to create an account on the Site, you must provide us with a valid email address, first and last name, which you can review, modify, or remove through your online account. If you wish to have your email address removed, you must contact us by writing to info@gpower2015.it and we will remove it by deleting your account or changing your account's email address to a generic email address that does not contain personal data.

Depending on the services you choose to use, we may need additional information to provide a specific service, such as invoices, delivery and payment information (including, but not limited to, billing address, delivery address, company name, phone numbers, and credit card details). There is no obligation to provide us with this information to create an account, but we will need it to provide certain services. For example, we need a physical delivery address if you purchase items on the Site to be shipped.

We do not store the full credit card data on our servers, but only a payment token, the expiration date, and the last four digits, which will allow us to accept payments in the future without having to ask you for the full card details each time.

When you visit the Site, we automatically receive and record certain information from your browser or mobile device, such as your IP address or the unique device identifier, cookies, and data about the pages visited, in order to operate and provide the Services. This information is stored in our database, in log files, and is collected automatically.

We may combine information received from your browser or mobile device with other information that we or our partners collect about you, including from multiple devices. This information is used to prevent fraud and keep the Services secure, to analyze and understand how the Services work for visitors, and to post advertisements, including across your devices, and to provide a more personalized experience for visitors.

We may also automatically collect specific device data when you use our Services (for example: hardware model, operating system used, browser, IP address, and device identifiers).

We collect information about the use of the Services for advertising, traffic analysis, to provide content, and to protect the Services, including your IP address and browser data (including referring sites). We use your IP address to determine your geographic location and offer Services tailored to your region.
